Observe

• --viz (e.g. the relocated compositor) doesn't need mus
• --mus currently doesn't require a relocated compositor
• But... can't enable this because the GPU service is in mus
• Small incremental work pushing GPU service out of mus makes these configurations independent
• For more team parallelism
• To an unchanged endgoal
